Delivery & Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we will always work hard to process and ship your order promptly.

Shipping rates

All applicable shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout, ensuring full transparency before you complete your purchase.

Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, value, or destination of your order. All orders are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions.

Free UK shipping

We are pleased to offer free UK shipping on eligible orders as part of our standard delivery service.

Please note that limited edition prints and framed prints are excluded from free shipping. This is due to the specialist handling, protective packaging, and additional care required to ensure these items arrive in perfect condition.

These items are carefully packaged using reinforced materials and are typically sent via a tracked, premium delivery service to ensure safe transit.

International orders

For international orders, we operate under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Order fulfilment

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will only be charged the delivery fee originally quoted at checkout, regardless of the number of shipments.

We use trusted third-party carriers for delivery and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from the Gallery of Modern Art Shop in Glasgow.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–2 working days (larger or framed items may take longer, up to 1–2 weeks). Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) when collecting.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the following before contacting us:

  1. The delivery address provided at checkout is correct

  2. Any delivery attempt cards (e.g. ‘Safe Drop’ or ‘Sorry We Missed You’)

  3. Whether another household member has accepted the delivery

Please report missing orders within the following timeframes after dispatch:

  • UK: 10 working days

  • Europe: 20 working days

  • International: 25 working days

Orders are considered lost after:

  • UK: 13 working days

  • Europe: 25 working days

  • International: 32 working days

Where appropriate, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
