We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we will always work hard to process and ship your order promptly.

Shipping rates
All applicable shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout, ensuring full transparency before you complete your purchase.
Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, value, or destination of your order. All orders are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions.
Free UK shipping
We are pleased to offer free UK shipping on eligible orders as part of our standard delivery service.
Please note that limited edition prints and framed prints are excluded from free shipping. This is due to the specialist handling, protective packaging, and additional care required to ensure these items arrive in perfect condition.
These items are carefully packaged using reinforced materials and are typically sent via a tracked, premium delivery service to ensure safe transit.
International orders
We ship international orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms where this service is available.
For eligible international destinations, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so customers can see and pay these charges before their order is dispatched. This means customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes when their order is delivered.
The exact duties and taxes applicable to an order are determined based on the destination country, the products purchased and the relevant customs requirements. We use the customs information provided for our products to calculate these charges.
By paying applicable duties and taxes at checkout, customers benefit from a more straightforward delivery experience and avoid unexpected import charges on arrival.
Please note that duties and tax calculations are based on the information available at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination country's customs requirements.
Order fulfilment
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will only be charged the delivery fee originally quoted at checkout, regardless of the number of shipments.
We use trusted third-party carriers for delivery and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from the Gallery of Modern Art Shop in Glasgow.
Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–2 working days (larger or framed items may take longer, up to 1–2 weeks). Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) when collecting.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the following before contacting us:
- The delivery address provided at checkout is correct
- Any delivery attempt cards (e.g. ‘Safe Drop’ or ‘Sorry We Missed You’)
- Whether another household member has accepted the delivery

Please report missing orders within the following timeframes after dispatch:
- UK: 10 working days
- Europe: 20 working days
- International: 25 working days
Orders are considered lost after:
- UK: 13 working days
- Europe: 25 working days
- International: 32 working days
Where appropriate, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
