Shipping

It depends on where you are. We aim to dispatch goods within 2-5 working days of an order being placed. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us at shop@glasgowlife.org.uk or on +(44) 141 276 9520.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Yes, you can collect orders from Kelvingrove Art Gallery Shop in 1-3 working days (1-2 weeks for Limited Editions) when orders are placed by 1pm. Customers will be notified via email once orders are ready for collection. Proof of purchase (Order confirmation email) and photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) will be required.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Unfortunately no framed prints will be shipped overseas.

If your order has not arrived within the time you expected or you suspect your order has been lost, please follow the steps set out here.

Orders & Payment

No, you can check out as a guest. However there are huge benefits to registering an account such as a smoother checkout process.

Once your order has been successfully submitted you will recieve an automated order confirmation email containing your order details and a unique order number.

If you haven't recieved your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folders. If you have still not recieved this order confirmation email, please contact shop@glasgowlife.org.uk

We accept payment by most credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We will soon also accept ApplePay and GooglePay. Please contact us at shop@glasgowlife.org.uk if you encounter any issues with payment.

If you would like order over the phone, please call our Customer Services team on 0141 276 9520, and they will be able to direct you to the appropriate shop to process your order. Telephone orders are processed by our PCI compliant payment gateway and no records are kept by Glasgow Life or Culture & Sport Trading CIC. All Telephone Orders must be delivered out once payment has been processed.

We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns

While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To return for a full refund, we ask you follow the instructions set out in our returns policy.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for items ordered via our online shop.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Discounts & Promotions

When registering for the first time, use the same email address you used to purchase your Membership. Once you have logged in, just use your exclusive membership discount code at checkout and your discount will be applied to all eligible products. If you have any problems please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Want to become a member? Join now.

Just enter your promotion code in the field provided on the checkout page and click ‘Apply’ and you will see your discount added. Only one discount code can be used per order. Promotion codes are only available to use online and will not be accepted in any of our venue shops.

Some discount offers may have exclusions or limitations, such as being valid only for certain products or during specific promotional periods. Please read the terms and conditions of each discount offer carefully for details.
