Delivery Information

Below is a list of our standard delivery charges. These may vary slightly depending on the shipping address of your order. All orders are subject to our standard T&Cs.

We reserve the right to vary postage charges as necessary on items that are unusually high in weight, volume or value. We may need to contact customers to agree the required rate prior to shipping.

If you have ordered more than one item, from time to time due to stock availability we may have to deliver your order in separate shipments. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place your order.

We are not able to guarantee delivery times as we work with 3rd party mail carriers.

Delivery Method

Click & Collect - Available Now from Kelvingrove Only
Collect orders from selected locations in Glasgow next working day (1-2 weeks for Limited Edition Frames) when orders are placed by 1pm. Customers will be notified via email once orders are ready for collection. Proof of purchase (Order confirmation email) and photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) will be required.

UK Standard
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. High-value orders are sent tracked while bulky items or those of particularly high value will be delivered via courier.

Framed Prints & Limited Editions
Framed prints & Limited Editions will only be delivered to UK addresses. Any order placed with International Shipping addresses containing such these items will ammended and any charges for item(s) not able to be shipped will be refunded.

Lost Items & Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the time you expected or you suspect your order has been lost, please follow the steps below.

Before contacting Glasgow Life Online Shop please check the following:
1. Was the correct address provided at checkout?
2. Have you received an 'Item Awaiting Collection', 'Safe Drop' or ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card in the letterbox or under your door?
3. Check if anyone else at the address has accepted or signed for the item.

If an order still cannot be located following these checks, customers should notify Glasgow Life Online Shop at shop@glasgowlife.org.uk or on +44 141 276 9520 when they have not received their order within the following time scales after order dispatch confirmation: 

UK 10 working days
Europe 20 working days
International 25 working days

You must provide proof of purchase (normally a copy of their order confirmation email or order number), full name, contact address, email address and telephone number. We will endeavour to track orders when possible and offer support to customers in order to trace potential missing items. If items have not been received within the following time scales after dispatch they will be considered lost:

UK 13 working days
Europe 25 working days
International 32 working days

In the event of an item, order or parcel being lost, we will contact the customer to discuss potential options including a replacement being sent or a full refund being given.
